It's Time To Duel!... Seriously

Hey guys, John Browning, director and actor of "Yu-Gi-Oh! The Blood of Razel." We apologize for the lack of news and media recently, but we are saving the best for the month of June! So please keep an eye out! We're going to be updating like crazy, including a special trailer!
Also, we WILL be at FalCon, which is taking place on May 25th and 26th at the EPCC Valle Verde campus! We have reserved a table, I will personally be there so stop by and say hi! We're going to be taking both card donations for a possible sequel to The Blood of Razel and money donations to start a production group called ShaDa Productions. Either donations, no matter how small, will earn you a special thank you credit at the end of the film and a shout out on the Blood of Razel Youtube, which will launch in the month of June. In addition we will be taking the names of anyone that wants to help out ShaDa productions in any way, either acting or otherwise, particularly in a possible "zombie" film we may work on down the line.
The sweetness doesn't end there. I will be hosting the Yu-Gi-Oh Tournament at FalCon! It going to be on Saturday, at Building C, second floor (time still being determined). And I've got a doozy for you: rules are to be given once the tournament begins. I know you think it's weird, but trust me, you won't be disappointed. Only 16 duelists will be allowed to duel, first come first served. At the same room of the tournament we will have a table for registration. Your deck must consist of 60 cards max. 40 cards min. Be sure to bring extras in case you wish to fix up your deck before a match (there will be a 5 min. break between each match for you to do so). The winner of the tournament will be awarded two rare cards and a mystery prize (to be announced at the tournament). Hope you guys come, I'll see you there!

Welcome to the Yu-Gi-Oh: The Blood of Razel Production Blog!

Hello, greetings and welcome, everyone, to the Official Yu-Gi-Oh: The Blood of Razel Production Blog! I am Ruben Rascon, [cameras, audio design, etc.] and I am very happy to welcome each and every one of you to our team's production blog!

As we tirelessly work, producing and putting this one-of-a-kind independent film together, you'll all get an inside glimpse of what goes on behind the scenes from our dedicated cast of actors, and equally passionate crew, during the production process.

As for my entry? Well, it's been a slow week, considering I go to the university, for classes daily. Needless to say, productionwise, the film is slowly coming together, with two scenes already shot, with most, if not all of the footage that was shot on my Canon Vixia HF-R10 HD camcorder already backed up in my Dell Inspiron Mini, for future editing, with Director, John M. Perez.

I will admit that after I accepted this exciting challenge two months ago, the production process has been quite an interesting journey. Although we're still in the production process, It's been quite pleasant and I look forward to more productive days on the set, manning the camera, or being in front of it.

Well, that about wraps things up for this Thursday evening. I'll be posting more neat tidbits pretty soon. Ciao for now!
